Photos taken by C905

We have obtained some photos which have been taken by a Sony Ericsson C905 mobile phone. These photos were taken with a prototype C905 handset (in other words a handset that was still been developed and improved). Nevertheless, it is clear to see that this camera is simply sensational. We look forward to getting our hands of a final version of the C905 soon so we can put the camera through its paces ourselves. For now though you’ll have to make do with the following.

The actual resolution of photos taken by the C905 is 3264 x 2448 (wow) but due to the excessive bandwidth that these photos would take we have reduced the size whilst still maintaining 100% of the quality.

These look great, but the key for me is how well it takes pics in low-light conditions. The k810i with a 3.2 mega pixel took great pictures in low light with the flash, while the newer k850i 5 mega pixel was just horrible, pictures were terrible.
I’m really keen to get the new c905i, but just worry that the step up to 8 mega pixels is going to actually mean even worse pics in low light. I’m sure it’ll take great pics in bight sunshine like above, but how about in low light?

Well pretty impressed with the photos on the C905 and video recording too BUT forget it if you want to play back your videos on the TV using the ITC-60 cable which I purchased to do so!! Looks like its only supposed to be for your photos and yes if you happen to want to listen to your music on the TV as well it works, alternatively you can listen to your videos with no picture on the TV. What a con!! Sony advertises the C905 has a TV out and the expectation is that it will play your videos as per other manufacturers. SONY SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR TO POTENTIAL BUYERS…”IT WILL NOT PLAY BACK YOUR VIDEOS”… BUT HEY THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN IT!! REAL SHAME!!
